Well...hummm...I think I'm just under 3 lbs over my LIW...I"m not worried about it.  I'm eating right...I just haven't had a decent BM in a week...so that's probably my issue.  It's all good.

Overall 11.6lbs - Whoo hoo I'm done!  Can't stand it anymore.  I made chicken chili last night for Garon and meant to seperate his from mine because he wanted beans.  But I forgot...so I ate it anyway and was still down 1 full pound overnight.  Got lucky on that one...surprised I'm losing anything with TOM and the steroids and antibotics.  This is it though..last inj today...I"m not even going to do 23...22 is enough...I can't stand it anymore!!!  I'm weak..what can I say

Haven't lost anything in 2 days...I'm taking medication, steroids & antibiotics, which could easily be messing with my weight...causing me to retain water.  I'm not too worried about it, just ready to go on to P3...only a few more days.

(Overall 10.6lbs)  TOM really slowed me down, but he's gone now and I've lost a pound or two.  Last injection will be this Saturday...only doing 22 days...I'm just not in to this as much as before...guess because I'm pretty happy with my size and weight.

I am so ready for a big juicy burger and some wings from Jack Stack!  Yummm.....

(Overall 9.2 lbs)  Going just as planned...10 days on the VLCD and almost 1 lb per day.  Whoo hoo!

I know it's only Wednesday, but I'm not sure if I'll make it to 147 by the weekend, but it would be awesome if that did happen.  I feel back to normal again, so that is all that matters.

Only 10 more injections and 12 more days to go before I can have cheese...I miss cheese...LOL

(Overall 8.0 lbs)  Still going well...TOM still hasn't arrived but is lurking.  I'm ready to get that overwith...expect to be back to my previous weight at the end of my last round (147.2) by next weekend.

Already fitting back into my Size 6 jeans and even went and treated myself to two new pairs of jeans this weekend.  I feel better already...I could stop right here and be happy, but I'm going to go ahead and shoot for 140 this round...if it doesn't happen, I don't care.

(-6.8 Overall)  Remember those Size 6 jeans I couldn't get past my thighs last week...I'm wearing them and they are comfortable.  Only down 6.8lbs, but also down 9.25 inches...a bunch of fat 1.25 came off my thighs alone this week and the majority of the rest of inches came off my waist, abdomen and hips.   Gotta love it!

(Overall 6.4lbs)  I should not have made that spinach salad last night....I felt guilty half way through and stopped eating it...I already had onions and tomato..which is normal for me, but I threw a third veggie in there and that is NOT PROTOCOL.  Shame, shame, shame on me...still lost 0.6 but I'm going to rethink doing that again....I'm only hurting my own progress...and it wasn't even good.

Woke up this morning and made a hamburger (for lunch today) and enough chicken chili for 2 servings...wasn't sure what all I would be doing this weekend and needed some take along food just in case.  I also still have one casserole dish of Chicken Pizzaiola, so I'm covered until Sunday.

(Overall 5.8 lbs) Going well...steady loss and I feel lighter already.  I will be happy next week at this time when I hit the 140's again.  TOM is on the way...I just realized it's been 3 weeks..and I am pretty regularly seeing him every 3 weeks...so who knows what my weight will do this coming week.

It's getting easier....I don't care how good the hcg is...you need self control to do this diet.  There are multiple times where I think of grabbing a snack cracker or chugging down a glass of milk, but you just have to stop youself...STOP THE MADNESS...I swear I eat out of boredom...I need to learn how to eat for nutrition and learn how to cook light, low carb meals that will satisfy me.  I'm determined to turn around my eating habits after this round.

Fabulous first day on the diet, lost 3.2 lbs overnight...how cool is that?

I've introduced my friend Becky from work to the diet and she is considering it, but she is afraid of the injections. I looked online and there are sublingual and I guess now even pills, but you have to remember to do them several times a day...what a pain in the ars! I say get over the fear of needles...

My chicken chili was wonderful and I brought it for lunch again today along with my apple and my breadsticks. I also found some of my English Toffee tea from last round that I'll have for "dessert"...that stuff is amazing...I love it...but it's seasonal (Fall), so hopefully Celestial will bring it back soon so I can get more.

Okay...off to be productive...oh yea...feeling no hunger as of yet, but it is only 8am...we will see.

It's Monday...I loaded over the weekend...didn't think I did as well as in previous rounds, but I just didn't have an appetite for crap food. That doesn't mean I didn't eat it!!!

Wish I would have devoured a bag of potato chips and had some Crab Rangoon, but...oh well.
Susan said I did fine...so onward I go. Only 2.2 lbs in loading..was 158 on Saturday morning.

I know it's all in my head, but I already feel hungry...look forward to that 4th or 5th day when you don't care if you eat. LOL

11am - Apple with Stevia sprinkled on top - why? I dunno.

I"m BACK!!!

Going to start the protocol again on Saturday 9/19/09 - this is my first load day. I have eaten just about anything and everything I wanted for the last 6-8 months, careless and carefree....and I have 11 lbs back to prove just how much fun it was!!!

So here we go again...I'm hoping to get rid of those 11 lbs and maybe a few more in 30 days or less...and then try to maintain better in P4 this time.

Random Thought...do you do this?

Ever got on the scale and didn't like the result so you get off, kick the scale to another spot on the floor, maybe even give it a spin and get back on? Like, surely it's because the floor is uneven.

I'm just sayin...

P4 - GOING VERY WELL 147.6

I have had no problem keeping my weight within range at the same time enjoying pretty much anything I want within reason.

Oh...I forgot the update on my physical. Apparently I am Vitamin D dificient and it is possible that it was caused by my diet or the dreaded winter blues...either way...your body cannot absorb calcium without Vitamin D...do you get run down, get muscle cramps, have trouble sleeping and can cry at the drop of a hat. So, if you have any of these symptoms you may want to get some sun...even fake sun is better than none, and take a multi vitamin....including calcium to keep your bones strong. Just an FYI. Doc gave me a script for 50,000 IU of Vitamin D to take once a week..then retest my blood in three months.

I think the rest of the physical went well, will get my results today or tomorrow. Also had the annual boob smashing and sonogram and it looks like I am having quadruplets!! 2 small and 2 large cysts. Gonna get with the surgeon or whoever and get those taken care of as soon as I can. They keep telling me I need to cut back on the caffeine...how the hell do I do that? I'm a coffee junking...I guess I could do decaf, but what's the point!

P4 - Oh happy days!

Well, the last couple weeks I have been really busy packing and moving...and enjoying P4. I haven't gone completely overboard, but I have indulged in just about anything I wanted...including pizza on moving day and buffalo wings and drinks to celebrate.

Weighed myself thismorning and was happy to see I am 146.6...I believe that was my last injection weight. I feel fantastic...but the even more excellent news was my cholesterol test...WOW...I am cured!!!

I am getting the rest of my physical on Monday...and I have another golfball size lump...this time in the left breast...so I'm going to go get that checked out too...hopefully just another cyst and not another tumor...ugh!!

This is so strange...I cheated all weekend. Last night I went to The Salty Iguana and ate chips/salsa and a low carb burrito...then me and Heather sat and ate dark chocolate M&M's while watching a movie...and I lost 0.4?

I was sure I would wake up at 148....guess my metabolism is in overdrive...that's the only way I can explain it.

I finally got to weigh myself this morning and I weigh the same as I did last time...which was my LIW..so I'm doing good so far. I'm going to watch it as closely as possible....P3 isn't so bad. I had a big ole Rib Eye with Provolone cheese melted on it last night...that was incredible!!

R2: P2: DAY 2 : NO INJ : 146.0 (-14.4)

Sorry I have neglected my blog...I've kinda had a busy week.
So here's what happened. Forgot to take my injection Saturday...TOM was here anyway, so I really didn't need to take it. Spoke to Susan, she said, you're at your goal, just stop. (This round has been really hard for me. Emotionally, I just wasn't that in to it this time.) Anyway...she said, if you do want to stop, then that would mean that Friday morning was your last injection...72 hours later will be Monday morning and you will be in P3. Didn't have to twist my arm!!!

So, yesterday was my first day of P3...haven't been home to weigh myself on my own scale so I posted my weight from Saturday morning. I hope I'm still around that same weight...I will find out tomorrow morning where I'm at. My goal was 145...so I have to be close.

Total weight loss...both rounds 31lbs. I will do my final inches and weight tomorrow and by request, will take a after picture to send to my loyal fans...ugh...I wish I had a tan. LOL

(-1.0) TOM showed up early...today...and I am cramping something terrible. I was surprised that I hadn't lost more in 3 days since I posted last, but now I know why. I'll weigh myself later...it's very early and see if there is any difference.

Anyway, I'm going to take my last injection on Tuesday and we will be done for this round...I don't intend to do another one, so I hope everything will go great from here on out...and I will be able to maintain my new weight.

(-1.4) Now that's more like it...I guess I got over the stall and I'm moving right along towards my goal. 3.4lbs to go to hit goals. BooYa!

Let's see, yesterday I had a small salad, but where I went for the salad they had not grilled chicken (the nerve!), but ham...blah...so I substituted eggs for my protein. No bread stick, no fruit...then last night I made a chicken breast salad, breadstick and some baked apples. I was worried about the eggs...I know the protocol allows subing that, but I was just not sure...turned out good.

I'm stopping at 25 injections and will be on P3 Friday, February 6th...just in time for my Bleu Cheese Bunless Burger from Red Robin and drinks and chicken wings on Friday night with work friends.

I didn't have any breadsticks yesterday and I skipped one fruit..by accident...I fell asleep and forgot about it. I hope that I don't have to continue skipping parts of my VLCD just to see a loss...that will be very frustrating.

Can I get 4.8 more pounds in the next 2 weeks? I should think so, but after this week...I'm just not sure.

(-0.2) This is ridiculous....maybe I need to make today an apple day...as much as I don't want to...it looks like it's going to be a necessity.

I took my measurements this morning and I have lost OVERALL 13.75 inches this round...so although my weight doesn't appear to be moving...I am getting smaller. I believe I lost 21.5 inches in the first round...so the total inches overall is 35.25.

Biggest loss in the abdomen area, followed by the hips and then the chest...all areas that really need it. Still waiting for the arms to get smaller...but they aren't.

UPDATE: I'm not doing an apple day...I just can't...I need food...LOL But I am going to skip the breadsticks today and not eat beef. I'll drink green tea and water and take a diuretic. If that doesn't do it...come hell or high water, I WILL do an apple day tomorrow. MAYBE...LOL I have issues with commitment.

(-0.6) I didn't post yesterday, but you didn't miss much...I lost nothing. Today was a little better. I am so close to the 140's...ugh...I know I'm going to hit it by the weekend.

I'm bored with posting my menu...its just a combination of the same things switched around...I don't cheat...ever so I don't have any good juicy stories to tell. I am a sugar free gum junkie and have chewed a minimum of 5 pieces a day in both rounds...didn't effect my loss at all and it also works great on hunger if you start getting the urge to eat something. Also, I have started baking apples with cinnamon and stevia (yum) and making smoothies with strawberries, ice and stevia. That breaks up the boredom a little.

I'm not hungry, but I am just not as excited this time as last time...maybe I'm just in a funk from this crappy cold weather. I know what would make me feel better....a tummy tuck! My god, the thinner I get the more visable my stretch marks are and can I say..eeewww!

I need to get on one of those extreme makeover shows...get surgery, a new hair do..teeth whitening and a new wardrobe. That would be sweeeeet!

Okay, back to reality..I'm going to bed...cross your fingers...I want to lose atleast 1 lb tomorrow.

(-0.8) This is awesome...I'm just a few 10th of a pound away from an overall loss of 25lbs. I am only 7.4lbs away from my goal for this round...it is quite possible, since I'm only 9 days into it, that I will go below my goal by several pounds. I'm just going to let it work its magic...the way I figure it, I'm only losing BAD fat, so as long as it keeps coming off...I'm not going to worry about being too thin. LOL Too thin...I've never had to worry about that!

Tom's back. I am thinking of starting Round 2 next week...I was hoping to start it with Lindsey since she is wanting to do it too, but I just realized I don't have enough pins and haven't received the hcg from Diana yet...so we will see.

I am officially 4 lbs over my last injection weight, but I'm tired of this weight and I'm getting really lazy with my foods, so I am ready to get started again...shooting for 140 next round.
