(Overall 5.8 lbs) Going well...steady loss and I feel lighter already. I will be happy next week at this time when I hit the 140's again. TOM is on the way...I just realized it's been 3 weeks..and I am pretty regularly seeing him every 3 weeks...so who knows what my weight will do this coming week.

12:30pm Chicken Chili
3:30pm Apple
6:30pm Hamburger, Mustard, Onion, Baby Spinach, Tomato (didn't finish the salad)
I'm wondering...can I have chewing gum? Can't remember if I used that to pass the time in the last two rounds or not.
