R2 ::P3 :: DAY 14 ::146.2 (-14.4) OVERALL (-31)

This is so strange...I cheated all weekend. Last night I went to The Salty Iguana and ate chips/salsa and a low carb burrito...then me and Heather sat and ate dark chocolate M&M's while watching a movie...and I lost 0.4?

I was sure I would wake up at 148....guess my metabolism is in overdrive...that's the only way I can explain it.

I've lost weight the last two days too, even after not paying any attention to what I was eating. I really expected gains or even a steak day. R2 this Friday. Let the 2 day gluttony begin... LOL

I am elated to read about your progress and continued success! MY sis and I are done on Thursday and have a lot of stuff planned this weekend that we need to be careful with on with p3. Of course we don't plan to cheat but your effortless losses are super inspiring and exciting! Thanks for the hopeful motivation!

Hey Julie, you're probably all done with P3 by now and happily enjoying life. I had a question for you. I'm only just starting my 6th day on P3 and am already having to do my 2nd steak day! Did you ever have to do a steak day? What am I doing wrong here? did you count your carbs/sugars on P3? Maybe I'm just eating too many carbs or something. What did a typical day look like for you on P3? Thanks for any advice... ~Tara :-)

Sorry, I didn't see this post...I never did a steak day, but my daughter and my sister did. I'm not sure what it is, but be careful because there are hidden carbs in so many prepared foods. You are better off cooking at home and making sure that NOTHING is added that you don't want. I ate a lot of protein and veggies...didn't drink milk, didn't drink diet cokes or Crystal Lite (hum um..Lindsey) and didn't have any problems.
I could just be lucky..you never know. I was on the verg of a steak day once, but I was also getting ready to for TOM...so I blew it off for another day and the weight went back down.
