3:30pm Apple
6:30pm Chicken Chili (Chicken, Tomatoes, Garlic, Chili Powder, Onion), Breadstick
9:00pm Baked apples with cinnamon and stevia
Lots of water
It's getting easier....I don't care how good the hcg is...you need self control to do this diet. There are multiple times where I think of grabbing a snack cracker or chugging down a glass of milk, but you just have to stop youself...STOP THE MADNESS...I swear I eat out of boredom...I need to learn how to eat for nutrition and learn how to cook light, low carb meals that will satisfy me. I'm determined to turn around my eating habits after this round.
