It's Monday...I loaded over the weekend...didn't think I did as well as in previous rounds, but I just didn't have an appetite for crap food. That doesn't mean I didn't eat it!!!
Wish I would have devoured a bag of potato chips and had some Crab Rangoon, but...oh well.
Susan said I did fine...so onward I go. Only 2.2 lbs in loading..was 158 on Saturday morning.
I know it's all in my head, but I already feel hungry...look forward to that 4th or 5th day when you don't care if you eat. LOL
8am - Coffee with Stevia
10am - 1 Grissini Breadstick
11am - Apple with Stevia sprinkled on top - why? I dunno.
12:30pm - 100 Grams Cube Steak, Sliced tomatoes and Mustard (plus: every meal has red onions!!)
7 pm - Chicken Chili (100 grams chicken, diced tomatoes, garlic, onions, water), bread stick
9pm - Strawberry Smoothie (handful of strawberries, water, ice, stevia)
Lots of Water
