New Years Day

I've kept myself pretty busy today.  Buying lots of food for my diet and then coming home and weighing out my portions. 

Breakfast - Coffee
16 oz water
Lunch - 100g Hamburger with Mustard, Tomato
16 oz water
Snack - baked apples with Stevia and Cinnamon
(actually, I haven't eaten this yet, it's still just on my to do list)
Dinner - I think we are going to go with a chicken & lettuce salad with some sort of concoction of applecider vinegar and spices for a dressing.  Can't remember how I used to make it, but I'll figure it out.

Didn't forget how to make those baked apples though...LOL
Maybe a strawberry smoothing for evening snack while I watch a movie.
Trying really hard to drink my water.

Got the hubby on a low carb diet and got a bunch of food prepared for him too that he can just grab and eat...cooked chicken, chicken chili, lean hamburgers and cheese mostly, salad, low carb dressing, fruit.

Made him throw out bread and cookies...none of that is needed in this house.

Tell Garon not to feel bad, I started lc'ing too. Had a yummy porkchop for dinner. I coated it in crushed pork rinds. It was sooo good.
