7am: Coffee with Stevia
12pm: Chicken, Baby Spinach, Breadstick
3:00pm: Apple
7:00pm: 93/7 Hamburger, Lettuce, Tomato, Melba Toast
Nyquil & 2 Zinc Lozenges
LOTS OF WATER

(-0.6)Okay...I have to admit it does seem like a lot of work for 3 lbs. I know! I know! It's really 9 lbs, but I didn't even have those first 6 before the protocol. I took some "before" pictures last night.....all I can say is ewwwww-a! I am horrified of how awful I look..especially from the back. Definately incentive to stick to the program. It is evident from these photos that I will need a minimum of 2 rounds.

I'm getting a cold, chest congestion and all that jazz. A miserable night. I finally decided to take some Nyquil and pass out...and a couple Zinc throat lozenges. Wondering if this will screw up my weight loss.

-.6 per day is normal. That will put you at 148ish. Remember, it's different when you're only losing fat, AND when you're losing a small amount consistently. When you loaded, the weight you lost wasn't the food you ate. You were on HCG, so those cals got stored and the weight you lost during the day after the load came from your abnormal fat stores. Does that make sense? You put 6 oranges in the apple basket, but you turned around and took 6 apples out...and then 3 more.
