8:30am: melba toast (I had the munchies)
1:00pm: chicken breast, fresh baby spinach
4:20om: apple
7:00pm: 100grams shrimp, fresh baby spinach, Braggs Aminos, breadstick
9:30pm: Strawberries
(-0.4) Only down a tiny bit today...whaaa. That's okay though, it means yesterdays loss of 2.6 was not incorrect. I had hamburger twice yesterday...today...I think I'll do chicken and shrimp and see if that makes the weight drop more. I skipped 1 melba toast and one fruit yesterday and didn't even realize it until thismorning. I love this diet.
I wonder if it is possible for me to be 140 by Christmas. That would be so cool...just a thought that crossed my mind...back to work.
I kinda had a hankerin' for bread tonight...not sure why...that's just my weakness I guess. I didn't have any, but I thought fondly of it. LOL

If I had to guess, I'd put money on 148-150, but I'd really love to be surprised too. :)
Yeah, I would have to consistently lose an average of 1.3 lbs per day for the remaining 22 days. That probably isn't going to happen. I just figured I had so much fat to spare...maybe I would be lucky and lose more than the average bear. anyway, I haven't weighed 150 since 3 years ago..so I'll take that. Round 2 will start in February. I'll be 135-140 by my 42nd birthday!!
Oh yeah...you, Diana, and I are going 'kini shopping next May!

If all goes as planned, I will be done with round 2 two days after my47th birthday. I'm going to be an OLD hottie!!! LOL
But remember, when you're dropping 40 pounds of PURE FAT, that's a lot different than other types of weight loss. Think of it as 50 pounds on any other diet. Fat takes up 3x the space of muscle. Consider that you will lose about an inch from your total measurements per injection in that time frame...30 inches or more. That's a much smaller size, irrespective of "weight."
I only lost 30 pounds, but I went from a 14 to an 8. I even got my a$$ in a 6 tonight.
