10am: apple
1:00pm: 100 grams chicken, celery
5:00pm: breadstick
7:00pm: Talapia, asparagus, breadstick
(-13.2 from load weight) I'm having issues computing simple math this morning. I believe I'm averaging .55 lbs per day. Maybe I'm losing brain matter! Oh well, it's early and I'm losing, so who cares! LOL
It was an awesome 0.8 drop overnight, so I'm going to continue to minimize the red meat...seems to help. I'm shooting for 150 at the end of P2...I think I can accomplish that...just need to find what works and what doesn't..I'm getting better.

I sure hope so...I was thinking I could do it by Saturday, but now that I look at my averages, I'm going to have to wait another week or so to be a solid 150 something.
I dunno...I still think that after TOM leaves you will have like a 1.5-2.0 drop.
