(-14.0) Another 0.8 last night. I think cutting out the red meat for the last 2 days has really helped. That's 1 lb per day while on the VLCD. Awesome!
You know I really meant to have Talapia again for dinner tonight, but the hamburger was defrosted, and I needed to separate it out into 100 gram servings and by the time I got it all done (2 lbs worth), I was like...heck with it...I'm having a burger.
I got two new frying pans to go with my awesome stainless set, but these two are coated with this Thermolon non-stick surface that contains no PTFE..which I assume is that deadly stuff that I was eating off my old pans. It's extremely non-stick, so it will making cooking with no oils much easier. http://www.sprig.com/greenpan_cookware
