(1.0) Good day! I feel better, medicine didn't mess anything up and I'm officially 10lbs down from my load weight. Yea! My stomach/abdomen area is changing shape...I swear. I can't explain exactly what it is, but instead of one big innertube, I now have 3 small innertubes..something is eating away at my fat roll! LOL Can't wait to do measurements next Thursday and see what I have accomplished. I can feel it changing...but I promised myself I would wait until the 2 week mark before I checked my progress.
I am partial to beef...I would rather have a hamburger at every meal than chicken, fish or shrimp. I guess whatever makes this diet easier.

That's awesome! I remember telling Steven, some time around week 3 of round 1, that I felt like I was shaped like a Dr. Seuss character...sort of an inbetween stage. lol
Are you meeting me at my house in the morning to drive to Lawrence?
Oh, yea..I almost forgot about that...geez...okay...ummm..what time? You said we are meeting him at 7am?

Also, did you get my email I sent you yesterday?
Was that the email about the weight gain/loss distribution? I'm sure a portion of it is water, but the rest got stored for your body to use as your structural (necessary) fat stores, while your body is operating on abnormal fat stores. Clear as mud, eh?
