R1 :: P2 :: DAY 10 :: INJ 10 :: NO WEIGH IN

8am: Coffee with Splenda
11am: Strawberries, Melba toast
1:30pm: 93/7 Hamburger, Tomato
7:00pm: Chicken, Lettuce, Cucumber, bread stick
10:00pm: Apple
12:00pm: melba toast
AVERAGE AMT OF WATER

Spent the night at my sister Susan's house and then went to the KU Campus to have a Hydro test done. Pretty cool. I didn't get to weigh on my usual scale, so I'm not going to post a weight until tomorrow.

However....
The test results showed today on a VERY accurate scale, that my weight was 167.2 and I am 38% body fat. So it looks like I have made a good decision to do this diet and get rid of that fat. I would like to test again, but will probably wait until Round 2. I got a pretty good indication from the test today that I need to lose about 30 more pounds of fat to be AVERAGE for my age group. That would put me around 135lbs and should bring my body fat percentage down into the mid 20's.

The coffee I had in Lawrence was super high in caffeine apparently which made me edgy and kinda nauseous, so I ate a melba toast on my way home and laid down for a bit. Couldn't sleep...because I was super wired...so I had some strawberries and that made me feel a little better. Now it's 2:30pm and I am super tired...getting up at 5:30am was a little hard on me...so I'm going to go take me a little nappie and see if I feel better...my cold isn't helping either. I feel very tired and weak.

I got kinda hungry at midnight and couldn't sleep...not feeling well. So I had a melba toast..didn't take any Nyquil, but I should have.

I'm so glad you went today! I think it's easier to guage progress when you know EXACTLY what you're working with. I also think it's helpful, from a scientific perspective, to gather evidence about the affect of this protocol on body composition using before and after comparisons. I think you're going to be SO happy with your progress at your next hydro! Sorry the coffee buzzed ya! Wouldn't be so bad if you could eat, but your situation was a little rough!

...Guess who was 156 pounds by 11am. AAARRRGHHH!!

Ah...that sucks...dropped 3 lbs with one dookie! Oh well...you know you are were you need to be...maybe you can just calculate it yourself knowing you were really 156.
