P4 - 146.8

Yesterday I ate a salami & cheese sandwich, a bowl of cereal, chicken, pasta salad, mac & cheese and 2 chocolate chip cookies.

And I lost 0.8lbs....man...I love this!!

I'm not cheating...I'm on P4...I can have whatever I want...LOL...and I do...it's just that my metabolism is fixed...and my body knows what to do.

I realized that I said cheating and it wasn't accurate. I keep forgetting you have moved on into life! Hopefully I can have a bug carby day in p4 and lose like you! I miss carbs. You are seriously like my cousin who can eat whatever she wants and not gain anything!

Oh sweetie...you have no idea...do you know how big I was before? I just looked at food and gained weight. I'm telling you, its the protocol...it resets your metabolism...it actually cures the weight issues...I didn't do this.
