(-0.2) This is ridiculous....maybe I need to make today an apple day...as much as I don't want to...it looks like it's going to be a necessity.
Coffee with Stevia most of the morning
2pm - Talapia and Asparagus - no breadsticks (it's still better than apples)
4pm - Strawberries
8pm - Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Tomato
I took my measurements this morning and I have lost OVERALL 13.75 inches this round...so although my weight doesn't appear to be moving...I am getting smaller. I believe I lost 21.5 inches in the first round...so the total inches overall is 35.25.
Biggest loss in the abdomen area, followed by the hips and then the chest...all areas that really need it. Still waiting for the arms to get smaller...but they aren't.
UPDATE: I'm not doing an apple day...I just can't...I need food...LOL But I am going to skip the breadsticks today and not eat beef. I'll drink green tea and water and take a diuretic. If that doesn't do it...come hell or high water, I WILL do an apple day tomorrow. MAYBE...LOL I have issues with commitment.

What is it about week 3 that seems to suck for everyone?
Those losses in your measurements are awesome! I'm sure you'll see a drastic loss by tomorrow or Monday. The book I have "HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide" by Linda Prinster has a list of plateau breakers in addition to the "apple Day" thing if you're interested in some alternatives. For instance - increase water intake, adding green tea, no american beef, try Smooth Move tea, exercise, more sleep, or adding 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar to your daily regimen (usually diluted with water). You're much more experienced with this plan than myself though so I'm sure you have it all under control... Good luck! you're doing awesome
Yea...It's 12:30pm and I'm like...ah geez...I don't want to do an Apple day...there is also the option of diuretics although it should not be used regularly. I think what I'll do is take the water pills, eat just talapia today and cut out my breadsticks. Also, will drink green tea all day (thanks for the advise) and hopefully tomorrow I will break this plateau.
I don't care if I weigh 200 pounds as long as I have favorable measurements. I have yet to any change in my measurements so I am actually pretty jealous of you. This whole plan allured me because it claims get rid of abnormal fat. Well if my spare tire is normal than I am not from this planet! SO- hopefully I will see some significant differences soon. I think you are doing great!
Yes, the measurements do ROCK...I'm very excited about that. I'm going to give it another day and see what happens. You will be shocked with your measurements at the end, I promise you. I lost more in my hips and abdomen...my older sister lost the majority of hers in her upper half, so it is coming off...keep the faith!
