11am Breadstick (I seriously felt like I was starving..which is weird)
1:00pm 100 grams grilled chicken, romaine lettuce and tomatoes
Lots of water and I'll have an apple later thisafternoon.
6pm Breadstick
7pm Talapia, tomato
8pm Strawberry Smoothie with Stevia
I'm thinking about stopping 5 days early...I have a couple of company events coming up Feb 6th and 7th and I'd like to enjoy some of it. I dunno....will 5 days be that big of a difference? I'm getting lazy with this diet...I know...I just feel good right where I'm at and know I'm going to lose even more over the next 12 days...and I think I'll be happy with whatever that number is.

We both lost about a pound and a half today ! huzzah!
I would probably just play it by ear on stopping early. Do us women actually even loose much after day 20 anyway? Most of the stuff I read or people I talk to who've done this protocol describe a significant slow down in weight loss after a couple weeks. Personally, I want to go until I'm at goal even if that means 40 days unless the weight loss is so slow (less than 1.5 lbs a week) that I know I could do that on my own without all the strictness.
