R1 :: P3 :: DAY 5 :: 158.6 (-12.4)

(-18.4) Yippee...atleast I don't have to do a steak day...I was so looking forward to tacos tonight.
Although I did read that if you do a steak day you could lose up to 7 lbs...that would nice...LOL Don't believe it, but I would be willing to try it just to see.

Still loving my coffee with Stevia and Whipping Cream. I could have just this all day and be perfectly happy. I am a coffee freak!

11am - is it normal to crave cheese? I'm out and need to run to the store . I'm seriously thinking about going NOW cuz I WANT CHEESE!

Sus - what kind of carbs are you consuming? Just curious how far you can go in P4 and not see a change. I know your idea of carbs and mine are quite different. I would be pigging out on Egg McMuffins if I knew it would be okay...LOL

In round 1 P4, I could eat any and everything I wanted and hold my weight (or even drop at times).

Round 2 has been a different story, and I think it's just because I lost too much. I'm stabalizing at 162-164 in "eat anything" mode. That's 5-7 pounds over my LIW, but I also think I was getting way too thin. At 156, I didn't even like the way I looked.

Okay, I was just curious. I picture everything going great and then you have a PMS Salt craving and eat a bag of Tostitos and wake up at 180lbs....LOL

I spent a couple days TRYING to gain weight, just to see if I could, and I dropped 1.8lbs.
