(-19.2) Hangin in there
I went to Red Robin again today and had, yet again, a bleu cheese bunless burger...man they are good....and again, no allergic reaction to the cheese. I'm cured!! LOL
I keep putting on my blog that Phase 3 is No Sugar, No Carb...I need to change that to No Sugar, No Starch because that is what the protocol says, but I'm just very cautious about eating too many carbs. This is good for me to watch, but I am not completely staying away from carbs. I just take in VERY little. I'm eating mostly meats (beef, chicken, fish), veggies (had an avacado yesterday and it was awesome), some fruits but not much (watching the sugars), sugar free jello (my treat of choice), creams and cheeses.
I cannot wait to have a bowl of cereal in P4. I know that sound ridiculous, but I really, really want cereal. I'm going to gradually add things back into my diet and weigh every day just so I can see what, if anything, causes a change in my weight or if something causes heartburn.
I'm really glad I'm going to be in P4 at Christmas. I WILL eat Potato Soup and may even indulge in some rotelle dip and chips or some fudge. :o FUDGE? That would definately be a true test of whether this protocol works huh?
Sus said, just eat raw/organic food...don't eat things that come out of box, watch the MSG's and whatever I do, don't go back to eating convenience food and stay away from artificial sweetners *use Stevia. Nothing is more convenient than an apple or bowl of strawberries...just have to train yourself to put in natural food. That is the key to success.

Eh, don't worry about semantics. Carbs include starches, sugars, and much more (cellulose, gum, etc...). Some better than others.
I think we have divine protection from Grandma on the fudge. I think we can eat as much as we want of that. Pretty sure that's how it works.
