12:45pm: 100 grams hamburger, spinach leaves, melba toast
6:30pm: 100 grams chicken, lettuce, melba toast, small dill pickle (probably a no no, but I was still a bit unsatisfied)
LOTS OF WATER

(-3.8) That feels better...guess my melba toast drama wasn't that bad. I also noticed I only had 396 calories...yet I wasn't really hungry. I never ate the additional fruit last night...just didn't sound good.
Had a headache most of the day...took migraine medication and it took 2 doses to work...it's a doozie!

Ah, you got the day 4 head pounding too, huh? Maybe the raging headache I have right now is a sympathy one (no really, I think I wore my pony too tight all day...lol).
Hang in there! I swear it gets better. Day four is a you-know-what.
