R1 :: P2 :: DAY 29 :: INJ 29 :: 157.8 (-13.2)

(-19.2) Today I'm going to be cooking like crazy. All the food during holidays usually turns me off completely from eating so I don't suspect I will have any trouble. Tomorrow is my last injection. I'm happy with the results and am looking forward to eating relatively normal by Monday. I was highly addicted to starches, so I'm curious to find out if I still crave them after this protocol. I'm hoping everything has been reset and I will have no problem maintaining a healthy weight. Still plan on doing a second round in mid January.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Larry and Mike are taking me to Red Robin for lunch on Monday for a bleu cheese burger. I can't wait.

Mmmm...black and bleu burger.

I also have heard good things about the cheese stuffed steak that they have at Longhorn right now. :)

Snarf, Snarf...cheese stuffed steak...that must taste like heaven. I have some questions for your Sus about salad dressings and such. It looks like most regular restaurant style dressing contains atleast some sugar...about 1 gram or so. And also a question about milk and natural sugars. I'm just being overly cautious that I don't ingest something out of stupidity.

Diane...I can't comment on your blog because you have it set up that comments can only be done by team members...whatever that means...Susan's says the same thing. You would change that and you time zone under settings.

Ranch and Bleu Cheese are your best bets for no carbs. You can buy packets, take your own, or don't eat salad out. I personally had bleu cheese and it didn't bother me.

Milk is aboslutely out, as are natural sugars. Anything that ends in 'ose or 'ase is a sugar...don't want to eat it.
