(-17.4) Finally, I welcome the 150's...barely. And, I'm happy to report, I've lost 6 1/2 more inches. Whoo Hoo! I also found a pic that was disgusting, yet inspiring. It's a pic of what 1 lb of fat looks like...and I am missing 17.4 of these...how cool it that...gross huh?

And Susan showed me fat vs. muscle comparison. Same weight.

CONGRATULATIONS! Those measurements are awesome. Just for comparison: Pound of Muscle vs. Pound of Fat.

This is why one person can be 150 pounds in a size 14 and another 150 pounds in a size 8.
It's weird where the weight comes off. Like I could really use a few inches in my "Herner" arms...but that isn't changing much at all. And Heather told me my butt looks smaller, but yet, I don't see that I have lost that much in my butt. I still have a muffin top..its just a smaller muffin...LOL I don't need to lose any more in my waist...I need to lose it in my hips. Guess it's not my decision, but if it were.
Your body has A2 receptors all over it where fat is stored (estrogenic fat stores...fat makes estrogen, estrogen makes fat, fat makes estrogen...vicious cycle). Your body loses fat based on the density of those receptors. Wherever they are most dense, you will tend to lose last. This is why some people, on a traditional diet, will lose in their face, then arms, then waist, etc...and their 'tough spots' last. In your case, because of the HCG, it's probably going the other way. You're losing A2 dense fat first....face and arms will be last.
Great Job Jules !!!
Awesome stats! Can't wait to see how I do. Doesn't that hunk of lard look lovely... GROSS!!!
Thanks All!!
With only 5 injections left...and 3 weeks of P3, will I continue to lose inches? It is my understanding that my weight should somewhat stabilize in P3.
Also, in P3, as long as you keep the carbs down to the utmost minimum, do you need to count calories? I don't want to oink out on steak, eggs and cheese and then find out I was supposed to keep below a certain caloric intake.
No...eat to your heart's content and don't count anything. Just don't eat any carbs. I bet I was eating 3-5K cals a day in P3. lol Your fat content is higher because your carbs are down. Fat is 9 cals/gram, which means high cals are pretty normal. You might drop a tad more in P3, and some more inches too...but for the most part you will stabalize.
What this blog needs is a pic of you in a pair of pants from 4 weeks ago with the waist pulled out and a big cheesy grin on your face. :D
