(-15.4) I think I'm experiencing a stall. I actually didn't eat much yesterday and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it...it was just a really busy day. I was up until 1am and only had 5 hours sleep. I also need to make stars. Regardless, a very frustrating "nothing" this morning.
I will try to drink more water today and see if that helps and make sure I eat everything I am supposed to eat.

9:00pm 100 grams Talapia (I love this fish..really!)
I've been painting for the past two nights, but I'm calling it quits now 10:30pm and am going to try to get some much needed sleep. I am not the slightest bit hungry...actually less hungry than I have been this whole time I have been on protocol. People at work are noticing the weight loss...those that don't see me every day....thats good since I'm wearing the same clothes...well...smaller jeans.
