7am: coffee with Stevia
1:00pm: 100 grams chicken, spinach, breadstick
3:00pm: handful of strawberries
7:00pm: Talapia, lettuce, radishes, breadstick
(-12.4) That's cool...considering TOM is coming. I thought I might gain today because I've got that puffy feeling. So...pleasantly surprised.
I went to the grocery store at lunchtime and reloaded up on veggies. My diet has been pretty boring...hamburger mostly...and tomatoes ALOT. I'm concerned that I am not losing as fast I could and decided to incorporate some additional veggies into my diet..more often. Also, I bought some talapia. Not a fan of fish AT ALL, so any suggestions on how to make this taste good...oh, I dunno...like a hamburger...would be great! :)
OH HAPPY DAY! Came home from work and notice my Size 12 jeans were very loose. Pulled out my Size 10's and they fit PERFECT! I'm so happy. I remember trying to get these over my thighs a few months ago with no success. Going to do measurements on Saturday...I think it will be an amazing transformation.
Also, Talapia with Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper wasn't bad at all.

I like to put tilapia in a pot of water with tons of curry spices and just let it cook slowly. I also like it soaked in Bragg's Aminos.
...it's good with hollandaise too, but that's a story for P3.
Braggs aminos taste like soy sauce...I have some, but I haven't used it for much of anything...it's a little weird tasting...and I am sooo not good at coming up with combinations of spices and such. I'll give it try though. The lemon & S&P wasn't bad though...I was somewhat impressed I didn't gag. Not fishy at all.
